Degree

You’ll earn a Master of Science in Management Accounting Analytics from D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.

Fellowship

You will be paid while working at PwC, PricewaterhouseCoopers, a globally recognized professional services network, widely regarded as one of the Big 4 accounting firms in the world.

Eligibility

This unique program is open to individuals who have completed their bachelor’s degree and identify as Black or Latinx.

Program Details

The While You Work program has two parts: coursework through Northeastern University and a paid part-time fellowship at PwC at offices around the nation.

Northeastern Experience:

Upon completion of the program, you will obtain a Master’s degree in Management with a concentration in accounting analytics from Northeastern University. By the end of the program, most will have earned both the work hours and required credits to fulfill the 150 credit hour CPA licensure requirement.

PwC Experience:

As a paid part-time fellow at PwC, you will have the opportunity to work in a unique role between traditional intern and associate levels. During the fellowship year, you will hone your accounting or taxation knowledge and develop the technical and leadership skills required to excel in today’s workplace. Fellows will receive a salary and may be eligible for overtime pay based on the work they perform at PwC. Please note that fellows will not be compensated for the time dedicated to academic requirements at Northeastern University.

Upon Graduation:

Successful fellows may be offered a full-time associate position at PwC after completing the program.
